Food Orders
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once food has been prepared or collected.
Customers do not have a right to cancel food orders after preparation has commenced.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately.
We may offer:

- •Store credit
- •A partial or full refund
at our discretion.
Missing Items
Any missing items must be reported within 24 hours of collection.
We may provide:
- •Store credit
- •Refunds where appropriate
Quality Concerns
If you believe food is not of satisfactory quality, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we may request:
- •Photographs
- •Order details
- •Return of the product for inspection
Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:
- •Change of mind
- •Incorrect orders placed by customers
- •Failure to collect an order
- •Orders where incorrect information was supplied by the customer
Delivery Delays
Where delays occur due to circumstances outside our control, refunds may not be available.
