REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Food Orders

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once food has been prepared or collected.

Customers do not have a right to cancel food orders after preparation has commenced.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately.

We may offer:

  • Replacement items
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

at our discretion.

Missing Items

Any missing items must be reported within 24 hours of collection.

We may provide:

  • Store credit
  • Refunds where appropriate

Quality Concerns

If you believe food is not of satisfactory quality, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may request:

  • Photographs
  • Order details
  • Return of the product for inspection

Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Failure to collect an order
  • Orders where incorrect information was supplied by the customer

Delivery Delays

Where delays occur due to circumstances outside our control, refunds may not be available.
