BORN HERE.
BUILT FOR YOU.
Jimmi's follows a family legacy of over 34 years of making the best fish and chips in Spalding. Now under new ownership, we're carrying that tradition forward — with a bigger menu and the same commitment to quality.
A FAMILY BUSINESS
WITH HEART
Little London Fish Shop has been a part of Spalding for over 34 years. Founded by the Fragale family, the shop has always been about one thing: making proper fish and chips that people love coming back for.
Now under a new generation's care, we've kept everything that made it great. The freshest fish, hand cut local Crowland chips, and that warm feeling when you walk through the door. While adding our own twist with chicken, burgers, loaded chips, and more.
The industry has changed a lot since the early days but the heart of what we do hasn't changed. We're a family business, rooted in this community, passionate about every plate we put out.

OUR VALUES
We're not just cooking food. We're setting a standard.
MSC Certified Fish
Every fish we serve carries the Marine Stewardship Council certification — sustainably caught, responsibly sourced.
Hand-Cut Every Day
Our chips are prepared by hand from whole potatoes and cooked to perfection for that award-winning golden crunch.
Local & Fresh
We work with local suppliers wherever we can. Fresh ingredients in, incredible food out — every day, no exceptions.
Community First
We're proud to be part of this community. We sponsor local events and give back wherever we can.
THE HISTORY OF THE LITTLE LONDON FISH & CHIP SHOP
The Fish and Chip shop in Little London is opened.
Domenics Fish & Chips first opens its doors in Spalding — the Fragale family dream becomes reality. Eric & Joell successfully grow the Domenics brand into the go-to chippy in Spalding.
After 27 years of operating Domenics, the Fragales retire from the business — retaining ownership but deciding to rent out the shop to new operators.
The shop continues to serve the community over the decade through different tenants.
The Covid pandemic strikes and the tenant at that time left. Eric and Joell reopen as Domenics during this time.
The shop is rented out and becomes Phoenix Fish & Chips. It then becomes Fry Guys until they depart in April 2025.
At the end of May 2025, Jimmi's is founded. A new generation takes the reins, carrying on the Fragale legacy — same legendary chips, fresh new energy and an expanded menu.
